Refinement Session up until 12 weeks after Initial Procedure is 50% of Current Price. 
Colour Boosts up until 24 months after Initial Procedure done by me - 75% of the Current Initial Procedure Price.
Colour and shape correction not done by me – Subject to a physical consultation and 100% of  Current Initial Procedure Price.

APPOINTMENTS AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A 50% deposit within 24 hours of booking, secures your slot. Please email proof of payment to hello@attainedbeauty.co.za. The balance will be due either via EFT the day before (please email proof of payment) or CASH on the day of the appointment. 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule or even cancel your procedure. I therefore please request that you please give me a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, in order for me to fill it with a client who might be on the waiting list. I will most definitely try and accommodate you on a date more suitable. In the event that you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of the notice.

NOTE - NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for the following:

Short notice (less than 48 hours notice) will forfeit the deposit.

No shows or late coming will forfeit the deposit.

Non disclaimer of Contraindications or previous permanent make up will forfeit the deposit.

I prepare for every client, which costs me time and money and due to people not paying for services, promising to make EFT payments after the appointment, coming late and expecting me to do a 2 hour procedure in 1.5 hours or less,  giving short notice or not even arriving, wastes my time where I could have accommodated another client. This is my livelihood and a business. 

DISCLAIMER
The Refinement session is MANDATORY. Every procedure is a minimum of 2 step process and skipping the refinement session will impact on the result of the permanent make up. 

We will endeavour to make your refinement session appointment on the day of the Initial Procedure, but once you leave the clinic, the onus fall on the client to make the appointment. The relevant refinement session cost will apply.
No procedure is guaranteed and no refunds are offered for procedures completed.  Should you require a third session for any reason (problematic skin or aftercare not followed correctly), the applicable cost will apply.
